Now

Timeless Focus

Escape time.
Find flow.

Now is a Chrome extension that hides every clock and timestamp on the page while you work. Sessions open with a short breathing exercise instead of a countdown, and end by showing you how long you were actually gone.

How it works

Every session runs the same three phases.

01

Breathe

A breathing circle fills the screen and paces ten slow breaths. From the moment it appears, every clock and timestamp on the page is hidden.

02

Work

The overlay fades and you work with no time on screen: no countdown, nothing counting up. A small red dot in the corner is the only sign a session is running.

03

See the session

Ending a session reveals how long it actually ran, plus a presence score drawn from your typing rhythm, tab switching, scrolling and pauses.

Questions

What is Now — Timeless Focus?

Now is a free Chrome extension that hides every clock and timestamp on the websites you work on, guides you into a session with a short breathing ritual, and afterwards shows how long you were truly present. It is the anti-timer: no countdowns, no Pomodoro pressure.

Why would I hide the clock while working?

Watching the clock creates time anxiety and pulls you out of deep work. Timers and Pomodoro countdowns make you more aware of time, not less. Hiding clocks removes that pressure so you can sink into flow and let the session end when the work does.

Does Now collect any data?

No. The extension makes zero network requests. Presence analysis runs locally in your browser — no keystrokes, page content, or browsing history are recorded or transmitted.

Is Now free?

Yes — the core focus loop (breathing ritual, time-hiding, presence score, Session Map dashboard) is free forever. A Premium tier with deeper analytics is coming soon; the first 100 founding waitlist members lock in 50% off for life.

Which websites does it work on?

Any normal http or https page — YouTube, X/Twitter, Reddit, Slack, Discord, docs, and more. It hides timestamps, video durations, and on-page clocks only during an active session, and restores them when you end it.
